[OpenStreetMap talk-lu] Access restrictions

Hi

Hi do not think that it is a good idea to tag all those stuff.
One should distinguish two things. The usability and the rights of 
access of the ways.

Instead of tagging the vehicles which may USING those roads (which is 
sometimes a kind of subjective), one should tag the vehicles which are 
not allowed on those roads.

Concerning the access, only those which are allowed should be tagged: In 
case of C2 sign, all vehicles are allowed if their destination is on 
that road (but perhaps not all vehicles can USE that way (due to their 
height, weight etc). If there are exceptions, the should be additional 
tagged.

So for the navigation algorithm:
It should not use those C2-marked roads for finding the way, except if 
the destination is on that road (or if a pedestrian mode is used, or, in 
combination with the bicycle sign, a bicycle mode is used ).


In that case "Less is more"
