[OpenStreetMap talk-lu] Document describing maxspeed outside agglomerations

Hello,
I read several pages of the document, maxspeeds are not correct on N11 (110
km/h has been changed to 90 km/h since July) on most of the locations
mentionned. Only 2 locations at 110 km/h still exist, but I think they will
be changed soon ass the are in the area of the new road constructions
around Junglinster.
But this document is interesting for hgv routing. I compared the document
to the signs I found in the area I live (A 13 Soleuvre, Belvaux,
Differdange, Sanem, Pétange, Bascharage), and they are correct. So if
someone wants to help to map the hgv:destination(s) (read the entire
document beginning at page 45 up to +- 50)....
best regard,
Pierrelux
