That's interesting, because the last modification date of that document is "Thu, 27 Sep 2012 06:50:08 GMT". What's even more interesting is that I can find no trace of that speed change in the Mémorial.

I sent some corrections back to the Cadastre when I first looked through the street names list, and they were quite happy about it. Does anyone know who we could contact for clarification about this? Ponts et Chaussées maybe, but which department? Legilux? The ministère? I'm happy to help write a letter.
