[Talk-lv] Updating rivers (Martin Machyna)

Hi Vladislav,
thanks for the links. For some reason MacOS/chrome refuses to download the
zip file because of unsecure connection so I couldn't check. But if there
are river areas I could potentially use some to fix existing low quality
riverbanks or fill in small gaps.
