[Talk-lv] Updating rivers (Martin Machyna)

Hi
I'm all for it. BTW, we have map data from Latvian Geospatial Agency for
Latvia. It is CC0 licensed and can be used freely, but it is a bit
outdated, as it is from approx. years 2000-2010.

It may be somehow useful in your work. I extracted rivers, and converted
data to OSM format and published here:
http://muzprosvet.ru/temp/Topo50_v2%20river.geojson.zip

Source and confirmation data is CC0:

Files are big, so let me know if you need me to split them or anything else.
