[Talk-mx] Límites administrativos borrados y nuevos municipios

Hi Miriam,

many thanks. We managed to get all of the relations added.
In most cases it was just a few missing tags, or a relation or two had been
mistakenly deleted

One other question:
On our blog we often interview members of different OSM communities around
the world. Here are examples:
