[Talk-ng] import of IDP camp shelters

Hi, Sebastian:

Yes, I guess we are in step 2. Maybe it would be a good idea if Samuel 
tells the OSM Nigeria community about this plans, with a link to this 
discussion [1], inviting them to join the list and the discussion.

About the license, you should get a signed doc, similar to the one 
eHealth Africa signed in 2014 for importing data into OSM [2] (you can 
get some templates here: [3]).

Sharing the data for reviewing is always needed for approval, but I 
think it's better that you get that signed permission before going ahead.

Finally, here [4] you have a list of the different data imports in 
Nigeria. I don't know if there is any import not listed in that wiki...
