[OSM-NI] mapping bus stops

Yes, on the first example it gives to nodes and it adds highway=bus_stop to
the node on the way.
Example one on the way:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/984783569
and next to the way:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1065121311
I think this good as the way to go forward with this, especially since we
focus mainly on mapping the points on the way
(public_transport=stop_position). Especially since this is how the creator
of the public_transport envisioned including it.
highway=bus_stop is not that critical of a tag itself, because it has been
replaced by the public_transport tags. But it is still useful as it renders
on the map and including it allows older software which hasn't been updated
to new tags to use it, as well.
