Hello Nicaraguan OSM and Linux communities,

I would like to introduce myself. I am Brian, I recently spent the past
couple years in Haiti where I worked heavily with OpenStreetMap and the
Humanitarian OSM Team. I have been involved in the planning for the
#ManaguaMapping project to be the "on the ground mapping specialist", which
is still being planned to take place in the next couple months. I couldn't
wait any longer for it to begin, however, so my girlfriend and I came to
Nicaragua early. We are currently traveling around Nicaragua to see the
country and learn Spanish, but we are both interested in spending a longer
amount of time in the country.

So hello to all, and although I don't yet speak Spanish, I will do my best
to follow the list. Also, If anyone out there wouldn't mind having some
visitors, Caitlin and I would like to meet you while traveling around. Or
if anyone has any family out in the country that wouldn't mind hosting some
guests who can help out around the house or farm, that would be cool. Feel
free to write me back on list or off list. We will be traveling the next
couple days and are not sure what our connectivity will be, but we will
respond as soon as possible.

We have tried our best to translate this message to Spanish but if you see
anything you think needs clarification, please do!

Hola, Comunidades de Linux y OSM de Nicaragua,

My gustaría presentarme. My llamo Brian, y recientemente pasó algunos años
en Haiti, trabajano mucho con OpenStreetMap y el Humanitarian OSM Team
