The idea of dividing the city into quarters is a good one; but I still
think we should do the entire city centre first. It is small enough that
it doesn't really matter: the old city centre is only 2 km across. And
it is located close to the city's edge, so it would be difficult to
include a part of it each time.
I've uploaded a map of The Hague now, marking the area that has to be
done, so you can see what I'm talking about: see [[Image:Den Haag -
coverage overview.jpg]].
I would propose doing the city centre and the area directly southeast
(around the two stations HS and CS) first. Then, if we have time left,
perhaps towards the north, to Scheveningen. I've shaded all of
Scheveningen in my uploaded map, but that will probably be far too
ambitious...
