[OSM-talk-nl] and2osm for ordinary people

Hi,

and2osm needs a *lot* of memory, so much that it didn't run on my
laptop. However, if you install TCmalloc from here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/goog-perftools

And then run it like so:

LD_PRELOAD="/usr/local/lib/libtcmalloc.so.0" ./2AND

It uses only 760MB. For this to work it needs to be linked against
pthreads, which I've changed in SVN.
