[OSM-np] Tagging Guidelines

Nama Ji,

You can use this document we created a while ago as reference. I am
assuming you are creating one for mapping parties...for the beginners.
this one is fairly comprehensive and applicable to kathmandu/nepal. there
are also guidelines for tagging dhungedhara, pati etc. I think we were
still discussing how to tag chowks.
