[OSM-np] Tagging Guidelines

Nama Ji,

The portions from the document that are missing are the tags. I'm not sure
if the subset exists in the document is enough, instead during mapping
parties, you could actually print the Guidelines and Common tags pages
together. This in my opinion should make it more clear for participants.

If http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nepal/Common_tags has too much tags,
we could reduce there instead. My reservations against pasting same tags in
different pages is because as data get's updated with new information,
copies remain stale with old information.

My two cents only as I haven't physically attended a meeting, so I'm not
sure how you present the contents of the document to the user but I'm
persistent on the idea that documentation if done properly helps the
community on a bigger picture.
