[OSM-np] Rendering of POIs

Why do some POIs render while others don't even while at the same zoom
level? I mean what determines which ones to render and which ones to leave
out?

For example, if I've added two clothes shops, one is shown while the other
isn't in openstreetmap.org

And, sadly, for POIs I've mapped there are lot of examples. They're all
there when seen through JOSM/Potlatch but just won't show up in the map at
openstreetmap.org
