[OSM-np] Bugs in streets named Gallis but are wide to handle vehicle movement.

Hi Mappers,

I saw that around Putalisadak area, the streets are named Gallis but they I
think (from areal imagery) they have access to vehicles as well.
But they are tagged as highway=footway (displayed as dotted roads).

@Bimal, since you are the mapper, do you think it makes more sense to tag
them as highway=residential, lanes=1 (if narrow)?
