[OSM-np] Bugs in streets named Gallis but are wide to handle vehicle movement.

In previous email by Prabhas, we kind of agreed to tag Galli as
highway=footway, galli=yes.
Just want to know about "Hiuwa Galli" as it seems it's pretty big. On the
right side you can see "Trinity College".
I imagine the college is accessible via a Vehicle and not just a small
*galli*. So marking it as highway=residential is a proper idea?

Thoughts?
