[OSM-np] Public Toilets Fee

For mapping public toilets in Nepal, one thing i came across was that in
Nepal we have two different fees for using Public toilets. The OSM wiki
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dtoilets however only has
one tag for fee. Now how do we put in these different fees?

Also we have mobile toilets which we can find in certain areas during
certain times. My suggestion is adding mobile:yes for  such toilet and some
way of marking time.


I would also like to know if there is any way of tagging capacity(for eg
how many latrines/commode and urinals the toilet has).
