[OSM-np] Request for more moderators on the mailing list

Hi all, would like to see if anyone would want to help me with moderating
the talk-np list.

For a long time, I wasn't able to access the admin interface because I had
lost my password. I finally recovered it, and am in the process of
moderating old messages. Please excuse an influx of really back-dated
emails that will arrive on the mailing list.

Only wish that the mailman interface was a little nicer on moderators.....
