great! as of now, here are some details available to me:

participants: 3rd yr college students, computer applications majors
number of participants: about 80ppl
equipment: as of now, we are still unsure if this will be an auditorium
venue or computer laboratory venue

thanks for showing interest in such a short notice. do you have any contact
