I had to re-upload taytay, rizal roads this time with proper tags from
Rally de Leon's gtm

The tags are below:

Rally's tag = OSM tag
river = waterway:river
creek = waterway:stream
alley = highway:footway
footpath = highway:footway
track = highway:footway
UNVERIFIED = highway:road and FIXME:unverified
road = highway:residential
name = name

I also added source:Rally de Leon gtm data 20081022

The next task is to edit for map errors.  So I need everybody's help,
especially those familiar with the area.
