[talk-ph] OSM-PH mapping guidelines

Some mapper would like some advice on various conventions/mapping
guidelines for Philippine features.
We have a wikipage for this:

I know many of your are more "OC" than I am.  Please add your usual
convention/practice in mapping certain features in the above page.
This way, we can compile our own experience and newbie Pinoy mappers
can refer to them.  Just to emphasize, what we are looking for are
conventions specific for the Philippines.
For other standards we can link to other pages in the OSM wiki.
