[talk-ph] Palawan getting better

Maraming conservation groups/NGOs sa Puerto Princesa.  They probably
own GPS units for fieldwork.  I suggest you hook up with them.

Also PP City GIS is a good resource.  They have nice GIS maps of the
City.  The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development also maintain
GIS data for the whole province.
