[talk-ph] adding building address from company websites

I don't think that it is a copyright violation.
In the US (and the Philippines), facts cannot be copyrighted, so address
info in individual company websites are not subject to copyright.
In the UK (and Europe), there is the existence of the database copyright and
sweat-of-the-brow copyright. This means that you cannot copy substantial
portions from something like a company yellowpages database. However, if you
are picking from individual company websites, then I don't think this
applies since the info you're gathering doesn't come from a single
"database".
So, my conclusion is, yes, we can get company address info from their
websites. It's almost the same as visiting their company offices in terms of
copyright.
I've checked Neil's data and he added the building numbers whenever possible
but using the addr:building key and not the addr:housenumber key in the
Karlsruhe schema. I think switching the key would be enough.
