Yep, I already communicated this to car-navi.ph many moons ago. They
admitted that they use osm data before (I'm not sure if they still
do).
I even flagged their attention to the copyright notice which used to
be "All rights reserved" if I remember it right. I'll dig up the
mails to check

He talked about touch cruise:
"On the Touch Cruise, Google Maps functions just like a Garmin or AVT800 GPS.
It provides directions from point-to-point, tracks progress towards a
designated destination,
and provides voice guidance on the way."

And with such coincidence. here's what I got from a recent OSM-PH
Garmin user, this morning:
" I contributed a number of places to Google Mapmaker, but this would
not be useful as they
export user edits to their Google Maps Software, before we can use
their data on the road, we need to pay
for an unlimited mobile internet on the road to update data of Google
Maps Mobile."

Seeing your efforts I will be repeating my work from Google Mapmaker
to Open Street Map and keep you posted when my jobs are done. For now,
I will edit Bulacan.
