[talk-ph] Can any body help MTBBCD ?

There is a distinction between a deleted way (shown as red lines when
you hit "U" in potlatch)  and a locked uploaded GPS trace.
My suspicion is, he is reverting the deleted ways from the previous
edits made by goodbyebacolod last February.
