Hi,

Item 19 (internet cafe) tags are based on this page :
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:internet_access

A computer icon would indeed be better than a coffee cup, but in France for instance, an internet cafe often really looks like a cafe with a bar/counter too order drinks.
