[talk-ph] Adding content on the OSM Philippines Blog

Customizing the blog is ongoing.

I think that the blog should only be for PR purposes--targeted to people
outside the community. For community-targeted topics, like the one you
blogged, you can simply post to the mailing list or the OSM diaries.

But maybe other people have other ideas. Anyone?
