hi Eric,
yes, i've heard of all those "praise releases" but there's really the
skeptic in me.
LRT Munoz station was bannered to be finished last January, then moved to
March 25, then a few weeks later there's another "praise release" by GMA
minions that the line's ok from baclaran to North Avenue and yet the
station's not yet finished up to now and causing horrendous traffic even at
12mn on a weekend
anyway, when i passed by Mindanao avenue there were many vehicles coming out
of the tunnel which is is really unusual if it's still closed. Though
Balintawak is just 5 minutes away from me (or much more during heavy traffic
of course), this link will surely decongest the balintawak tollway. Mindanao
avenue is a motorist's dream road, wide and not much traffic...unlike almost
every other road there is in the metro
I don't have immediate plans of driving/going up north so I still can't
verify and update our map
