[talk-ph] ondoy/bing changed river courses

Hi,

I noticed that some river courses have changed recently around
Marikina and San Mateo based on Bing images.  I suspect its either due
to Ondoy or simply Bing's recent imagery (compared to yahoo!).  Image
date range around this area is October 2009 - Feb 2010.

I suggest you guys revisit your rivers for any changes.
