I know, there are 2 node/way containing:
<tag k="is_in:country" v="Indonesia" />

and

20 node/way containing
<tag k="is_in:country" v="disputed territory" />

No node/way containing <tag k="is_in:country" v="Philippines" /> since
agreed to remove them.

Anyway, I modified the style code to add the is_in:country=Philippines
prior to compiling the map.  Since, it is a required tag for mkgmap.
IMO, this should be fixed by mkgmap later since the is_in tags are
very difficult to manage.  Using polygons and relations of boundaries
should be better.

No need to re-add the is_in:country tag in the main osm database.  Now
you only have two contires to choose from: Philippines and PHL. ;)
