[talk-ph] Wiki Loves Monuments needs some mapping help

Guys,

My two centavos worth ...

would it not be easier if we just place a special tag on such POIs on OSM
(maybe NCCA=yes or some other tag) then harvest them all via OSMosis
later?  That way, it eliminates transcribing errors.
