[talk-ph] Updated OSMPH Imagery Coverage Map

Oh hi,

I was the one who put them there. As temporary dividers between
municipalities. When we passed by those markers that welcome you along the
national highway, I put a straight line perpendicular to that. Or is this
not good practice?
