[talk-ph] MapBox's new GPS traces layer

Hi guys,

MapBox has created a new GPS traces layer showing all the publicly
available GPS traces that have been uploaded to OSM. This layer is
available for tracing on the iD editor (as well as other editors once we
get the tile layer URL specification). Here's the blog post about this new

Maps showing OSM GPS traces are not new. But the one thing they did was to
color the traces based on the direction of travel.

What results is a very pretty pastel-colored map. Here's Elliptical Road in
