[talk-ph] Block number addressing on Philippine?

The addressing structure tree in the Philippines is
Barangay > neigbourhood/subdvision > block > lot (in the absence of a house
number and/or street name)
or
Barangay > neighbourhood/subdivision > housenumber (if not using the block
number/lot number scheme)
As for the OSM wikipage, I think it would be appropriate to ask if the
OSM-PH community can make addr:block_number official for Philippine use?
