[talk-ph] Can't connect to OSM over the past few days

I noticed that I can't connect to the OpenStreetMap main page, the OSM wiki and the API. Internet service provider is PLDT. Have other users encountereded similar problems over the past few days?

Postscript: I was able to access OSM and make edits using a proxy.
