Hi,

Last Monday (20140609), I joined the geoladies meetup [0] and did a
short talk on my personal observations that OSM-PH is underrepresented
in our community [1].

My talk is partly from Alyssa Wight's Change the Ratio slides and
personal experience.  My hope is for more women to join and actively
participate in our community.
