Added tagging recommendation to wiki as agreed. There’s previous
conflicting information that Philippine general merchandisers shouldn’t be
tagged shop=general, but I since rectified it.
Just some history about the shop=general tags’s PH usage, it was
recommended for rice dealers and LPG retailers, but it’s in the notes these
are commonly general merchandisers.
