For the first photo (also mapped as
https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/5709889126 , except it’s not named as
signed), it’s certainly shop=general. For photo 2, it could be variety or
general (general most likely if they sell groceries in addition to, but
can’t see anything like food or drinks). For 3, it’s either hardware or
variety, but I lean toward variety, this one mostly selling plastic
housewares (I generally use hardware where they primarily sell construction
supplies, tools, electrical equipment, and lumber)
