[talk-pr] Plazas as pedestrian areas or parks?

I've been doing some mapping of Old San Juan. Should plazas be tagged as area=yes,highway=pedestrian? or leisure=park? OSM wiki is not clear on this.

BTW, good news and bad news. Good news is that I got a response from a contact in government concerning the possibility of importing CRIM building vectors into OSM. Bad news is that he no longer works for government, so in the words of Shigeru Miyamoto, "sorry, but the princess is in another castle".
