[talk-pr] Plazas as pedestrian areas or parks?

I think they should be marked as area=yes, highway=pedestrian. The OSM
Wiki suggests this and that seems to be how they're mapping plazas
elsewhere. For example this is how Trafalgar Square in London is mapped.
