[talk-pr] Primer Import de San Juan Buildings

Kenneth, como dijo Ernesto, esto es un proyecto open data donde
participamos un grupo de voluntarios. No es un proyecto oficial del
gobierno, aunque varias entidades gubernamentales han aportado datos. Somos
pocos y hay mucho trabajo por hacer, así que con mucho entusiasmo acogemos
a cualquiera que desee aportar.

Debes empezar por suscribirte a la lista para que yo no tenga que
manualmente aprobar todos tus posts. Segundo, debes crear una cuenta en
http://openstreetmap.org. Tercero, debes familiarizarte con las
herramientas. Dale una mirada al wiki de Puerto Rico
