Sounds very interesting. I'm not sure how the universities of Lisbon are
organized but I will work at the ISCTE-IUL (Instituto de Telecomunicações).
As architecture is your topic, you might be interested in 3D building
modeling?
I had the pleasure to assist on the development of the "Simple 3D
buildings"-schema and did a bigger micromapping survey of a district in

Thanks for that and I'm pretty sure, that I will take your offer :)
In Germany there is the FOSSGIS e.V. as a local OSGEO chapter. I had a
lose contact with them, as they are also responsible for OSM DE in any
legal aspect.
