Well at least what I can tell, most people (at least in my part of
Germany) prefer a plain tag only approach, without any relations.
Maybe the reason is because relations are somewhat "invisibile" the
regular mappers, but addr:*=* tags are not.

What does sintra mean here, is it essential?
