[Talk-pt] Mapping in Portugal - Some smal questions

Hi, let me had that the last three digits in the Postal code usually have
no correlation with administrative areas unfortunately!
The areas are defined regarding the trip of the mail man, so the houses on
one street can some be in a postal code and some in the other.
The ideia is to have some "optimization" of the trips since the mail is
separated by the codes physycally.
Is someone has more details please update :-)
