[Talk-si] GURS footways

Hello List!

Please, check these footways [1].

Sometimes there is no correspondent trace (OSM or Strava either) and shapes
are rather peculiar for footways (smooth wide curves, like tracks).

I cannot survey, but since most of them are in forested areas, I guess
there was a tag mistranslation... should be highway=path or track instead?

If I omit source:date from query, there are thousands of matchings in
Slovenia.

Is seems most of them have been uploaded by fredi_alf.

I checked just few changesets, but there is no mention of import.
