[Talk-transit] NAPTAN bus stop database

Hi

OSMers in the West Midlands are preparing to trial an import of this
database and work out  the best approach to integrate the NAPTAN data with
existing bus stops that have already been tagged. Once this has been
trialled a rollout either on a big-bang basis for the whole UK or on  a
region by region basis (you decide) can be completed. We'll keep everyone up
to date on the comparison of data here.But first things first:  before our
volunteer coders get to work on the import  anyone who has a view on how we
should approach this should put it forward here.
