[Talk-TW] 台灣道路在 OSM 的覆蓋率一覽表

各位 mapper:

剛剛 Skype meeting 有討論到要把 OSM 覆蓋率 (or 完成率) 推廣到全台灣 [1]，國外的範例有很多[2,3]。
試做了國道 [4] ，下面有填寫的範例，歡迎各位批評指教，再來要一步一步推廣到其他道路階層和其他POIs。
