[Talk-ug] Kampala educational facilities import for Kampala based mappers

Hi, list:

The Uganda educational facilities import project [1] is well under way,
with 28% of the tasks marked as done, and 16% of the tasks validated,
and most important, with big involvement from the Uganda OSM community! :D

The total number of nodes is 24,587, but it was proposed to leave the
1,080 that fall inside the city of Kampala for the local Kampala OSM
community to import them, so they can not only import the data, but also
double-check their correctness (location, but also names of facilities,
etc.) surveying on the ground.

I marked as "done" and "validated" the 8 tasks that cover Kampala. I
transfered the total of 1,080 nodes to a new TM project [2] (it's in the
dev server, but I could transfer it to the main TM server in minutes if
you like it there better).

So, if you are based in Kampala you are welcome to start contributing to
this exciting import project!

One last thing: if you like it, in case you want to organize one Kampala
team for this task, there is the possibility of making that project
private, so only users from the team would be allowed to contribute.
