Today, an impressive amount of work was done on the schools import. Thank
you! It's great to see that the local community has picked up on this.
I'll keep validating. The script I created, creates items on Wikidata and
links to them. At the same time it adds isced:level tags, when possible.
Others can use that script too, let me know if you're interested in that.
Some explanation may be needed.

At first I was trying to add buildings as well, but I had to stop doing
that. They can be added later.

Once all the schools will have been added, I think we can look into
creating boundary relations based on those addr: tags. We should discuss if
this is something the Uganda community wants to do. The boundaries would be
'fuzzy', meaning we can enclose a group of schools, but we won't be able to
create official boundaries, unless there is an official source we can use
for those.
