Help!

I'd like to know at the town level what street names are contained in the
latest TIGER database that are not in OSM.

Does anyone have a  list of street names by town from OSM?

Similarly, does anyone have a list of streets by town from TIGER?

I've been going town by town, comparing the "New and Misaligned TIGER Roads
(2015)" imagery with unnamed roads in OSM (highway=residential -name=*) and
with Bing Imagery.

I finished Cape Cod and then started with an alphabetical list. I'm now
working on Beverly. There are 24,755 ways left to review as shown here
